The Clearly Local is seeking to add a new project manager for our Customer Success team.
The project manager is responsible for the day-to-day project execution, working closely with the team members of Customer Success, Solution & Architecture, Language & Resource, Sales & Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Finance. The project manager is the primary client contact and a key to establishing and maintaining a long-lasting relationship with clients.
Responsibilities
Manage client requests and digest the instructions
Serve as a liaison between clients and operation teams
Lead the project analysis process and submit quotes and schedules to clients
Share the requirements with the team members and ensure the proper implementation
Track project schedule, ensure quality delivery, and control the budget
Prepare account proposals and reports for clients
Collect clients’ feedback and evaluate clients’ expectation
Lead meetings with clients for project and proposal reviews
Hold internal meetings for workflow optimization and problem-solving
Work with Language & Resource team for the delivery quality management and resource allocation adjustment
Supports Sales & Marketing team to work on new initiatives

Trình độ học vấn: Cao đẳng
Kinh nghiệm làm việc: 2-3 năm
Previous experience in the localization industry
Great communication skills, both spoken and written in English and Chinese
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ability to multitask to execute multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to drive for results proactively
Strong organizational skills
Strong critical thinking skills
Strong customer service and innovative problem-solving skills
Ability to learn new skills and technology quickly
Attention to details
Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
The position would allow you to work remotely with the team. Ideal locations due to time zones would be SEA region such as Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines.
