-Update tariff/ TLP for agents
-Offer bid
-Collect corporate account volume
-Keep track of cargo bookings
-Keeping contact with foreign agents and taking care customers using these services.
-Effectively solve customers’complaints (if any).
-Assist sales team in updating sailing schedule, local charge, get booking from carriers…

Trình độ học vấn: Đại học
Kinh nghiệm làm việc: 2 năm
- University Degree, major in Foreign Trade or Marine is preffered
- At least 2 years of working experience in Shipping Operations, customer services and Documentation
- Have working experience in foreign forwarding company major in LCL business is an advantage
- Good command of English
- Fluency in using Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
