We are currently having 2 cut & sew factories (sofa covers) and 1 PU Components (Sofa & furniture accessories) factory operating in Binh Duong with the headcount of 3,000 plus:

Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY
Takes care all product engineering & process Continuous Improvement for PU Component Department
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Gather/ draw PU component item drawing
•Work with Production to PU component white body & color item sample
•Communicate with US to have PU component white body & color sample approval
•Work & support Production about engineering for PU component mass production
•Review PU component operation to control initial planned cost
•Process continuous improvement for PU component Department
•Process other assignments by IE Manager/ PE Supervisor
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
In charge of whole PU component Department engineering

Requirements:
EDUCATION
•Required– PU component engineering education or training
EXPERIENCE
•More than 2 year experience at PU component engineering field
•Expert user of AutoCad
•Continuous improvement experience with Lean tool implementation
KNOWLEDGE OF
•Turning wood engineering
•Lean thinking, lean manufacturing
•theory of constraints
•Statistical process control
•Budgeting and cost control
