Photo editor or 3Ds Max Team Leader

We are looking for an photo editing or 3D staff Team Leader to join our team, whose job it will be to photo editor or 3D operator residential and commercial images while managing the workflow of a team of junior editing
As the company Production Team Leader you are expected to..:
• The team leader is management that specializes in the team of production department, manages the workflow in the production department, coordinating deliverable of work internally to the production teams or externally to the clients.
• As well as producing artwork the role requires high levels of time management skills to make sure that staffing levels are correct to complete the incoming work, good communication skills to work with the team and help others develop their skill sets. The role will tie in closely with Director to drive the quality of our photography up.
• Manage daily workflow in retouching, including all revisions to ensure that jobs are completed in a timely manner to keep production schedule on track
• Manage the workflow and schedule for all jobs in the retouching/ 3D department to keep work on track. Manage all projects from start through completion.
• Oversee project coordination with junior staff (supervisor)
• Monitor the quality of all work produced in photo/ 3D Floorplan and devise ways to avoid errors in future..
• Monitor production team to ensure that all files that come in are of a suitable quality to work with at start of campaign.
• Assisting in the development, monitoring, and maintaining of post-production timelines.
• Training, supporting and developing team members.
• Monitoring the team members performance, relevant to the success factors
• Develop and maintain retouching/ 3D/ Video tracking tools.
• Responsible for short and long-term operational planning, including allocating labor, leading daily planning meetings, and assigning job duties.
• Day to day management and direction of the production team function Planning and overseeing the flow of product and virtual assets through all stages of the production workflow
