Job description
Quantity: 1
Position Objective:
Support sales team on tendering, to prepare Commercial and Technical proposals.
Provide strong technical support to customers on requested.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Be responsible for tender, including preparing the proposal, clarification, and contract negotiation.
2. Well understand the bidding documents and requirements
3. Make check list for bid proposal and preparation
4. Coordinated with PLP factories to obtain factored cost, drawings, technical data, and relevant documents as required.
5. Ensure the proposal meet the bid specification and requirements.
6. Prepare technical and commercial proposal.
7. Support documents for tender clarification as required.
8. Provide documents for final approval, and contract negotiation.
9. Review technical and commercial terms for contract signing.
10. Deliver technical support to customers on requested.
Job requirement
Educational requirement: Bachelor
• Education: Graduated from University in major of engineering such as Electrical/ Mechanical/ Industrial/ Engineering Science.
• Experience/ Knowledge/ Skills: ~3-5 years working experience in technical, tender for company supply to Electricity of Vietnam / Energy industry.
• Good relationship/ or work for Power Utilities (EVN, NPT, Power companies, engineering and consulting companies) is advantage.
• Experience of dealing with tenders.
• Good communication in English and Vietnamese, technical and commercial.
• Organisational skills and teamwork.
• Attention to detail.
• Computer: MS office, Email, MS Project; AutoCAD is an advantage.
