Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing administration & human resources objectives in line with organizational objectivespervise the Company HR and Admin Team with field oversight.
• Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.

Educational requirement: Bachelor
Experience requirement: 5-10 year(s)
The Working place: Phu Thanh Industrial Zone, Vinh Thanh,Nhon Trach, Dong Nai.
• At least 5 years with relevant position.
• Fluency on English
• Male/Female
• Experience in manufacturing environment with 500+ headcounts.
• Experiences to build HR and Admin systems.
• Strong working knowledge of and experience in international and local national HR including labor law and local regulations.
• Strong international experience ideally with government contractor that works with the contracts in developing countries.
