- Be responsible for the promotion and implementation of the relevant QA activities, the quality of the staff on a regular basis for quality training and education;
- Be responsible for the organization and implementation of product quality supervision and quality assurance capabilities for suppliers to review and quality supervision, and is responsible for all
- Regular and irregular review of the physical quality, put forward suggestions for improvement; to develop annual audit plan and supervise the implementation;
- The occurrence of major quality accidents (including internal and external) must be promptly reported, and organize immediately the deployment of the quality of the accident.
- Be responsible for monitoring the company to use the process of correctness and effectiveness;
- Be responsible for providing the appropriate management review input information;
- Master the quality of dynamic, timely reflect the quality of information;
- Timely follow-up arrangements to deal with customer complaints, and quality issues to maintain contact with customers;
- Actively complete the quality of the manual and the procedures specified in the other duties and other tasks assigned to other leaders
Job requirement
Educational requirement: Bachelor
Experience requirement: 5-10 year(s)
- College degree, engaged in the automotive industry quality management work for more than two years, and have a certain mechanical, plastic knowledge;
- Familiar with QS / VDA / TS and other quality system, a corresponding internal auditor certificate;
- Good psychological quality, and a strong organization and communication and coordination;
- Good at finding out the problem, and can use QFD, 8D, PFMEA, SPC and other quality management techniques;
- Good health, and have a strong sense of professionalism and a high sense of responsibility;
- Computer operation skilled, and can use SPC for statistical analysis;
- Have a strong quality education and training ability.
